Union Work
15 years on the Salinas Elementary Teachers’ Council Negotiation Team, including 9 years as lead negotiator, working on salaries, benefits, and educator working conditions
School Finance
45 hours of specialized finance training, plus experience reviewing budgets, funding sources, outside contracts, and board documents
Countywide Leadership
Serves on the MCSIG insurance board, collaborating with school districts and public organizations throughout Monterey County
